Registering and paying

Instructions for registering and paying for your classes.

bookwhen

In order to try and make the booking process as smooth as possible for you and as admin-lite for me, I have moved to a new booking sytem called “bookwhen“. To try and help you through the new system, I’ve recorded a few videos of the booking process. Please have a look at these if anything is unclear.

To book any of my classes, or to purchase either of the Class Passes, please follow the following steps:

  1. Go to my booking page.
  2. Select the class you want to book from the schedule on the left-hand side of the screen.
  3. Select the ticket-type from the list on the right-hand side of the screen. PLEASE NOTE: if you have a lass Pass, please select the “Individual single entry” ticket (the text on the ticket shows it is the one which is valid with Class Passes).
  4. Login to your bookwhen account.
  5. Click through the booking pages until you receive the booking confirmation code.
  6. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after (from “Realbodyoga”). This contains the link to the Zoom meeting as well as a calendar entry if you’d like to add it to your personal calendar.
  7. As usual, please click through a few minutes before the start of the class to ensure you are able to join.

Paying

If you were a Mindbody client and have already purchased a group of entries, they can be used at face value to exchanged in line with my revised pricing below.

As we move towards a new environment, so my offer will need to change as well, away from the initial special offer towards a more sustainable position. My revised pricing from now on will be as follows:
