New Restorative Yoga

If this sounds familiar, join my new Restorative Yoga class on Mondays, 6.15 – 7.15pm
In this class we will relax our bodies in supported, long shapes. We will be using cushions, blankets and a few other props for your comfort and to experience proper rest. It should improve sleep, digestion, ease off fatigue and reduce anxiety and/or irritability. We will practice stillness, remove the need of “doing” so that we can just BE.
